International Delivery
We proudly ship gifts worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees once your package arrives at its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are not liable for:
- Losses, damages, or delays caused by third-party courier services.
- Late deliveries caused by customs, weather, or unforeseen delays.

Order Processing Times
- Once we receive your confirmed artwork and payment, production begins immediately.
- Most orders ship within 5–14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Ship the next business day.

Shipping Rates
All FedEx and SF Express rates are calculated in real time using their official systems. This ensures you receive accurate, competitive pricing for your delivery.
